As an Integrative Counsellor, my dedication lies in guiding individuals toward meaningful solutions amidst life's complexities. I have ten years of experience working in the voluntary sector with families facing a range of issues. With a diverse clientele, I have supported individuals facing various challenges like trauma, relationship issues, bereavement, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-esteem struggles etc.

Qualifications
I hold a Level 6 Diploma in Integrative Counselling. I hold a diploma in CBT and certificate in The Couples Counselling, Dialectical Behavior Therapy Certification (C-DBT)and Bereavement. I have also completed course on Safeguarding and Child Protection L3, Trauma-Informed Practices, Maternal Mental Health and Suicide Awareness and Prevention and Internal family systems.

I am taking clients at Harley Street and Queens Street London for face to face sessions. I am also available after work for online sessions.
